Welcome to Cashflow Life. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Cashflow Life application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Cashflow Life, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the App.
2. WHAT CASHFLOW LIFE IS
Cashflow Life is a personal financial tracking tool delivered as a single HTML web application. It is designed to help individuals track passive income, investments, expenses, and progress toward financial freedom. It is:

❌ Not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or investment advice
❌ Not connected to your bank accounts or financial institutions
3. LICENCE AND PERMITTED USE
Upon successful purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your own devices for your own personal financial tracking.
You may not:
❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App for commercial purposes
❌ Use the App to provide financial services to third parties
❌ Remove or alter any copyright notices within the App
4. ONE-TIME PURCHASE
Cashflow Life is sold as a one-time purchase. Your payment grants you a lifetime personal licence to use the App as it exists at the time of purchase. Future updates, if provided, are at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
5. DISCLAIMER — NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
All financial decisions you make are your own responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or financial decisions.
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
All financial data you enter into the App is stored exclusively on your own device via browser local storage. We do not have access to, and do not collect, your financial data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on what data we collect during the purchase process.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Cashflow Life, including its name, logo, code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of Cashflow Life and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
8. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, refunds are available only in specific circumstances related to technical failure on our part. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cashflow Life and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information shown in the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
10. NO WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any calculations are accurate for your specific financial situation.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP AND TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We may also update or improve the App at our discretion. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
