DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE
Cashflow Life is a digital product — a personalised HTML application file delivered via a unique download link sent to your email address upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed and the file has been downloaded.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
✅ The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened in a web browser
✅ A technical issue on our end prevents you from using the app
✅ You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
❌ You purchased the app by mistake after the download link was accessed
❌ You do not have a compatible device or browser (Chrome recommended)
❌ The app does not meet your personal expectations after download
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please email us at bhattadkaushik9@gmail.com within 48 hours of your purchase with:

🧾 Your payment transaction ID or order number
📝 Reason for the refund request
REFUND PROCESSING
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
